This year, we have chosen to focus on a single, meaningful award—one that honors the legacy of our dear friend, Patty Brandmeier. Patty, a former CIA leader, embodied resilience during the events of 9/11 and carried that strength into her work as a coach and subject matter expert. Her influence continues to inspire, and this award pays tribute to leaders who, like Patty, have faced adversity, championed their teams, and instilled resilience within their corporate culture.
