Matt has been a student of optimizing performance through his experience as a senior leader at McChrystal Group and CrossLead and his leadership roles across the healthcare and technology industries.

Matt lives in the Bay Area with his amazing wife and great kids. He clings to the belief that he can still play water polo with people twenty years younger than him.

BETSY KLEIN serves as Chief of Staff and manages all Advantage Foundry Network (AFN) marketing. She is integral to AFN and the network, collaborating globally with CEOs and Chiefs of Staff.

Betsy has been in advertising and marketing for over 25 years, collaborating with brands on creating strategic marketing plans, branding initiatives, media plans, sales promotions, and account-specific marketing. In addition, her background includes creative development, copywriting, print production, photography production, and talent representation.
Betsy lives in Sedona, Arizona, and hikes the beautiful red rocks with her husband and two rescued wolfdogs, Chaos & Theory.

Sylvia has accumulated over two decades of professional experience in diverse industries such as Financial, Healthcare, and Information Technology. Despite her Electrical Engineering degree, she started her career as a software developer and gradually transitioned into business and leadership positions. She has worked at prominent companies listed in the S&P 500 and eventually became a Chief of Staff at a global startup.
Having collaborated with senior executives from various industries, Sylvia has developed the essential skills to become a thought leader who can identify effective strategies to empower her clients to strive for excellence. In her role as a reliable partner, she brings in the necessary discipline to help her clients enhance their self-awareness and emotional intelligence, leading to transformational change. In addition, by employing adaptive leadership models, she guides her clients in navigating challenges, uncovering their untapped potential, and enhancing organizational performance.
John Previtera
Coach
John holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership & Development and when he is not helping leaders and companies thrive, his passion is breeding and training Labrador Retrievers to be service dogs for wounded warriors with PTSD and children with autism. He lives in the woods of southern Oregon with his Wife and son and enjoys spending time on the Rogue River.

John is a Navy SEAL veteran with over 28 years on active duty at various SEAL Teams and Naval Special Warfare commands. While on active-duty John deployed to Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, the Philippines, among other short and long term deployments to various other locations in support of U.S. Foreign Policy.
Following his time in the SEAL Teams, John was recruited by the McChrystal Group, a small elite leadership consulting firm founded by General Stanley McChrystal. The McChrystal Group took the lessons learned by the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) and created a leadership methodology consistent with how elite special operations forces lead and execute on today’s technologically enhanced and everchanging modern battlefield. During this time, John was fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with various companies across numerous industries while learning the important areas of overlap between his diverse military skills and the skills necessary to succeed and thrive in the business environment.
John is an articulate, dynamic, and engaging public speaker with a natural story telling ability. His authentic delivery of content, insights, and perspective allows him to build trust with business leaders that leads to impactful discussions and insightful alternatives to how leadership techniques and teamwork can be accomplished in today’s dynamic, globally connected, and technologically advanced business ecosystem.
