Andrew Axel (“Andy”) has over 25 years of experience in capital markets, including managing public stock offerings, private placements of equity and debt, and advising buyers and sellers in merger transactions.

He currently serves as the CFO of SMART Logistics, a leading Asset Tracking company focused on the Returnable Packaging Industry. Andy has spent his career focused on investing in, and advising, companies pursuing disruptive technologies and has helped finance over $2B in transactions as an investment banker, equipment finance executive, and fund manager. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College.
