Keith Buckley has been building and leading high-performing technology companies for over 20 years. As CEO and President, he’s built and led teams through the successful execution of growth strategies and exits, including 2 IPOs and 5 private sales. Mr. Buckley has been a leader of high-growth and turnaround companies for private equity sponsors and international corporations across many tech industries.

Mr. Buckley is the Chief Executive Officer of Federos (an Oracle company), an AI-optimized analytics and automation software solutions provider that assures the availability and performance of networks and enterprises. He was hired by Evolution Capital Partners to drive revenue growth and profitability, integrate acquisitions, develop new markets, expand the company’s go-to-market strategies, and take the company to market. In December 2021, he led the sale of Federos to Oracle for a 5X return on invested capital.

Previously, Mr. Buckley was President and Chief Executive Officer of The Switch Enterprises, LLC, an international provider of managed, private-cloud video production and transmission services for the world’s largest broadcast, cable, OTT, government, enterprise and eSports content providers. Hired by PE-sponsor True Wind Capital, he grew the company’s EBITDA by 80% over a two-year period, integrated two acquired companies, and secured the company’s position as a leader in emerging and legacy content transmission services.

Prior to The Switch, Mr. Buckley was President and CEO of ASC Signal Corporation, a global designer and manufacturer of satellite earth station antennas, air traffic control antenna systems and weather radar antennas for broadcast, government, military and enterprise communications applications. He was hired by PE-sponsor Resilience Capital Partners to turnaround and rebuild ASC Signal, and led the company from a $7 million loss to over $8 million in earnings. He led the successful sale of the company to Communications & Power Industries LLC (CPI) in late-2015 for a 4X return on invested capital. He then led ASC Signal as a standalone operating division of CPI.

Mr. Buckley was previously the President of Trusonic (now Mood Media), a PE-sponsored provider of digital music and messaging services for the retail, hospitality and digital out-of-home marketplace. His prior roles were as the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Juke Systems, Inc., a developer of innovative mobile phone applications and co-founder and CEO of InSight Telecommunications Corporation, a content delivery services company. Both of these companies had successful exits, including a 14X return at InSight.

Mr. Buckley’s leadership skills have led prior PE sponsors to appoint him to board positions in their portfolio companies, helping them to achieve similar growth and value realization. He is currently a director of Trialon Corporation (a PE-sponsored provider of test engineering and technical staffing services), and previously served as director of Aero Communications, Inc. (a PE-sponsored provider of fulfillment and engineering services to the broadband and wireless industries) until its sale.

Mr. Buckley received his BS in Telecommunications and Film from San Diego State University.
