Uncertainty is everywhere—from evolving market conditions to artificial intelligence's very real infrastructure demands. But while others pause, resilient leaders move.
Join us for a timely and thought-provoking fireside chat with Brian Lillie—Board Member, Strategic Advisor, Executive Coach, and champion of Kotter's urgency-driven approach to leadership.
In this session, we'll explore:
• The physical side of AI: What the surge in data centers and energy demand means for business leaders
• Why uncertainty is inevitable, but inaction isn't
• The leadership mindsets that unlock momentum when clarity is hard to find
From infrastructure to insight, this conversation will help CEOs, Chiefs of Staff, and executive leaders navigate complexity, energize their teams, and turn ambiguity into opportunity.
Because clarity doesn't come before action—it comes from it.
