Matt lives in the Bay Area with his amazing wife and great kids. He clings to the belief that he can still play water polo with people twenty years younger than him.


Betsy Klein

BETSY KLEIN serves as Chief of Staff and manages all Advantage Foundry Network (AFN) marketing. She is integral to AFN and the network, collaborating globally with CEOs and Chiefs of Staff.

Betsy has been in advertising and marketing for over 25 years, collaborating with brands on creating strategic marketing plans, branding initiatives, media plans, sales promotions, and account-specific marketing. In addition, her background includes creative development, copywriting, print production, photography production, and talent representation.
Betsy lives in Sedona, Arizona, and hikes the beautiful red rocks with her husband and two rescued wolfdogs, Chaos & Theory.

Despite her Electrical Engineering degree, she started her career as a software developer and gradually transitioned into business and leadership positions. She has worked at prominent companies listed in the S&P 500 and eventually became a Chief of Staff at a global startup.
Having collaborated with senior executives from various industries, Sylvia has developed the essential skills to become a thought leader who can identify effective strategies to empower her clients to strive for excellence. In her role as a reliable partner, she brings in the necessary discipline to help her clients enhance their self-awareness and emotional intelligence, leading to transformational change.
